     You must be an authorized library user to participate in the interlibrary lending program
     at the Paul N. Elbin Library. Authorized library users include WLSC students, faculty, and     
     staff; or are off-campus libraries participating in interlibrary lending consortiums.
     Individuals residing within a 25 mile radius of the college may apply for borrowing privileges.
