The Paul N. Elbin Library, in cooperation with Computer Services at West Liberty State College and WVNET, have adopted policies related to
computer abuse in an academic setting.
These policies are operational guidelines designed to ensure that any individual using the library computer system will do so
in a responsible, ethical manner.
It is understood that usage of any library computer resource constitutes agreement to these operational policies.
